Our refund and returns policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

If you would like to apply for a return, please contact our customer service and inform the reason for the return.

*All items sent back to us must be in original and intact condition with all tags attached: unused, unworn, unmodified or washed, etc.


Returns or refunds will only be accepted if the following conditions are met:

①Because the seller sent the wrong item, wrong color or wrong size, etc.

② Serious quality problems were discovered only after receiving the goods, such as serious dirt, water intrusion, serious disconnection, serious cracking, etc.

③When making a refund, the freight will be borne by the customer and the freight will not be refunded.

Only after receiving items that meet the above return conditions, we will refund and provide a return address according to the original payment method or the method agreed by both parties.
